About This Course

  • Course goals: to continue to push on, explore, and understand our biases, develop an understanding of effective and student friendly approaches to managing a classroom, and be critical analysts of classrooms during this residency year to prepare for fellow & beyond
  • My goals: to help you all critically question the role of CM in an effective classroom, understand what goes into making an effective classroom, and to deconstruct the purpose for why you are teaching and why students are learning
